My Thoughts: Things can go wrong anytime, but it is possible to stay at the ready and be prepared for a crisis. How do you stay alert to ensure you are ready when your crisis hits?

I guess if it’s a emotional or mental crisis, I turn to God, and if it’s Financial, I turn to Savings or hopefully it won’t come to it, but I guess my family and I could turn to our retirement fund.
